Sushi roll

Ingredients
- Obento yaki nori for sushi
- Sushi rice
- Avocado sliced
- Rice vinegar
- Salt
- Sugar

Method
- Boil 1 cup sushi rice in 1 1/2 cup of water.
- For rice syrup:Add 2tbsp of rice vinegar, 1/2 tsp salt, 1/2 tsp sugar.
- Add this syrup in boiled rice and mix. Let rice cool down.
- Spread rice on the yaki nori . Add avocado slices and make a sushi roll.
