Ingredients
- Sushi seaweed (nori)
- Rice or sushi rice
- Any vegetable or meat or sauce
Method
- Put a small portion of rice in the centre of sushi seaweed. Ideally square shape.
- Put your favorite toppings on top of rice (lettuce, cucumber, avocado, canned tuna mayo, salmon, fried chicken, teriyaki chicken, teriyaki salmon, egg omelette, fish fingers, etc)Add sauce (mayo, teriyaki sauce, spicy sauce, etc)
- Put another small portion of rice on top of the toppings.
- Fold sushi seaweed to center from each side.
- Cut it in half
