Method
- Cook 3 cups sushi rice in rice cooker
- Prep tuna and mayonnaise by mixing In a bowl.Slice cucumber into small strips
- Once rice is cooked , add in sushi seasoning.
- Lay rice flat on baking paper
- Add in cucumber, tuna and Mayo on top of rice
- Roll into logs. You can also wrap in seaweed or serve on the side
