Sushi with tuna and kewpie

- Sushi rice
- 3tbsp sushi seasoning
- 425g tuna
- Nori
- Kewpie

Method
- Cook 1 cup rice, once cooked add 3 tbsp sushi seasoning.
- To make sushi empty 425g can of tuna into bowl after being drained, then add 4 tbsp of kewpie mayo.Squeeze yuzu juice into tuna mix to taste.
- Apply seasoned rice to nori sheet on sushi mat then add tuna mix and roll.Cut into pieces and sprinkle with bonito flakes for presentation or taste.
