Sushi with tuna/crab

Ingredients
- Obento nori
- Kewpie mayo
- Tin tuna
- Cucumber
- Avocado
- Rice
- Crab stick
- Rice vinegar

Method
- Cook rice , add vinegar and cool.Get out your Sushi mat.Cut cucumber and avocado into thin strips.Drain tuna and mix with mayo.Cut crab meat into thin strips
- Using your hands or a sushi maker add rice, tuna, cucumber and spicy mayo or whichever combination you prefer.Roll up in mat, wet end of nori(seaweed sheet).
- Cut to preferred size usually in half to make two rolls. Let cool and soften in fridge for around 10 mins. Then enjoy with soy sauce or wasabi :)
