Sweet and sour pork

Ingredients
- 600g pork shoulder
- 1 bottle Sweet and sour sauce lee kum kee
- 1.5 Onion
- 3 cloves Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Ginger
- 2 tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Capsicum
- Vegetable oil for frying
- 1 teaspoon corn starch
- 1/2 teaspoon sodium bicarbonate
- 1 teaspoon oyster sauce

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM OYSTER SAUCE
Method
- Marinate bite size pork shoulder with soy sauce, corn starch, oyster sauce, sodium bicarbonate, 0.5 grated onion, grated ginger and grated garlic overnight
- Coat marinated pork shoulder with corn starch. Heat up some oil and fry the pork shoulder. Put the fried pork shoulder aside
- In a separate pan, heat up some oil and stir fry onion and capsicum. Pour in 1 bottle lee kum kee sweet and sour sauce. Mix in the fried pork shoulder until well combined. Serve with white rice
