Sweet Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp oil
- 400g Chicken thigh strips
- 1 chopped brown onion
- Red, yellow, and green capsicum pieces
- 1 chopped small cauliflower half
- 1 handfull chopped green beans
- 1 cup rice, cooked
- Lee Kum Kee Sweet Chilli Chicken Sauce sachet (two sachets if you prefer extra sauce)

Method
- Cook rice according to preference, absorption, rice cooker, microwave etc and set aside.
- Heat oil in large frying pan and brown chicen thigh strips.
- Add veggies and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Lower heat and add Lee Kum Kee Sweet Chill Chicken sauce sachet(s) and alow to warm through.
- Once sauce is heated through, stir in the cooked rice and serve.
