Sweet Chilli Chicken

Ingredients
- Sweet Chilli Chicken sauce, chicken 300gm, bamboo shoots, Broccoli, green beans, zucchini, rice steamed.
- 1 tbs coconut oil.
- 300 gm chicken breast.

Method
- In a wok cook vegetables for two minutes, take out vegetables and place in bowl. Stir fry chicken pieces, 300gm, add all vegetables and stir in 145 g of Lee Kum Kee Sweet Chilli Chicken Sauce. Serve with freshly steamed basmati rice.
- I used Lee Kum Kee Sweet Chilli Chicken Sauce 145g with one tbs of lemongrass and Kaffir lime leaves.
