Sweet & Spicy Sticky Chicken

Ingredients
- ABC kecap
- 8 skinless drumstick chicken
- Sriracha
- Red chilli sauce, garlic paste, salt, pepper, ground ginger, soy sauce.

Method
- Season the chicken drumsticks with garlic, salt and ground ginger.
- Prepare in a large container 1 teaspoon sriracha, soy sauce, vinegar, 3 table spoon red chilli sauce, 1 tablespoon Abc kecap, salt, pepper and mix.
- Deep fry the chicken drumsticks in hot oil. Then put aside on cooking rack.
- In a wok, toss the fried chicken with the sauce mixture, coating each piece evenly.
- Add a sprinkle of sesame seeds. Serve and enjoy!
