- Raw prawns
- 3 Tbsp kewpie mayonnaise
- 2 Tbsp light soy sauce
- 1 Tbsp honey
- 1 Tbsp rice wine vinegar
- Cooked rice

Method
- Whisk sauce ingredients
- Cook prawns
- Mix sauce with prawns
- Serve rice topped with prawns, sprinkled with spring onions, a slice of lime and a side of veggies (optional).
