Theme: One Bowl Wonder
Szechuan chilli oil wontons on golden noodle stir fry

Ingredients
- 400g minced pork
- 200g firm tofu
- 300g portabello mushroom
- 50 wonton wrappers
- 12 garlic cloves
- 2 tbsp Sesame oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp shaoxing wine
- 3 tsp white pepper
- 1 tbsps cumin
- Sweet chilli sauce
- Scallions
- 4 tbsp crushed chilli
- 2 tbsps Szechuan peppercorns
- Star anise
- Olive oil
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 2 tbsp sweet sauce
- Oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp rice wine vinegar
- Peanuts
- Dried egg noodles
- Grated carrot
- Broccolini
- Snow peas

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM DARK SOY SAUCE
- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Make sauce, by mixing crushed Szechuan peppercorns, white pepper, sweet soy sauce, dark soy sauce, rice wine vinegar, crushed chilli
- Make pork wonton filling mixing pork mince, sesame oil, Szechuan chilli, cumin, soy sauce
- Make vegetarian wonton filling by blending together mushrooms, firm tofu, cumin, pepper, sweet chilli sauce, soy sauce
- Make egg noodles according to packet instructions
- Stir carrot, snow peas, brocoolini, small amount of oyster sauce and pepper
- Add noodles to stir fried vegetables
- Make wontons using the mixtures made earlier, then boil wontons in batches
- Put stir fried noodles in a bowl, top with wontons, then add the chilli oil sauce, then top with scallions, crushed peanuts, fried onions + sliced chillis (optional)
