Taco Rice

Ingredients
- Minced Beef (250g)
- Brown Onion (half medium size - finely chopped)
- Tomato Juice (250ml)
- White Sugar (2 tsp)
- Hot Chilli Powder (1 tsp)
- Obento Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce (2 tbsp)
- Brown Rice (1 Cup)
- Tomato (Fresh Chopped)
- Lettuce (Fresh Chopped)
- Fresh Parmesan Cheese (Grated)

- OBENTO - SUSHI & SASHIMI SOY SAUCE
Method
- Brown finely chopped onion in small amount of sunflower oil.
- Add mince beef and brown.
- Add hot chilli powder and mix thoroughly.
- Add tomato juice, sugar and Obento Sushi & Sashimi Soy Sauce, mix thoroughly and boil until reduced to a thick sauce.
- Rinse then boil brown rice for 30-35 minutes, then drain and rinse with hot water.
- Chop tomato and lettuce and place on bed of brown rice.
- Top with meat mixture and serve.
- Dress with grated Parmesan Cheese.
