Taiwanese beef udon soup

Ingredients
- 1 pack Hakubaku Organic Udon Noodles
- Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce 1 big spoon
- Garlic 1 whole
- Ginger 8 slice
- Chinese 5 spices 3 tbsp
- Sugar 1 big spoon
- Tomato 3 whole
- Apple 2 whole
- Spring onion 1 bunch
- Beef brisket 1kg
- Onion 2 whole
- Beef stock 2l
- Salt to seasoning

Method
- Sauté: ginger and garlic sauté and then add beef after it turn brown, then add tomato and onion until them soft.
- braise: Placed step one in the pressure cooker and add beef stock, oyster sauce, soy sauce, rice wine, all the spices and apple into the pressure cooker. Simmer for 2hours.
- Boil: Cook the Hakubaku Udon noodles according to package instructions (approx. 10 mins).Assemble: Place noodles in a bowl, pour over the beef and soup, and garnish with fresh spring onions.
