Method
- Boil the eggs, then peel and mash them in a bowl. Add Kewpie mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of milk, salt, and pepper. Mix everything together until it becomes a smooth, spreadable mixture.
- Toast the bread
- spread the egg mixture evenly on top. Voila, your egg spread toast is ready to eat.
