Tangy Vietnamese Salad

Ingredients
- Fish sauce
- Lime juice
- Garlic
- Mixed salad (carrots, cucumber, red onion, wombok cabbage)
- Fried tofu or chicken pieces
- Peanuts
- Mint
- Coriander
- Neutral oil
- Brown sugar

Method
- Finely slice vegetables and herbs and mix together in a salad bowl
- Combine fish sauce, lime juice, garlic, brown sugar and a neutral oil together
- Pan fry tofu with salt and pepper in oil
- Combine all ingredients and add crushed peanuts on top
