- Sushi rice
- Nori (seaweed sheets)
- Avocado
- Cucumber
- Mayonnaise

Method
- Place a sheet of nori (seaweed) on a sushi mat. Spread a thin layer of cooked sushi rice evenly over the nori.
- In the centre of the rice, place avocado slices, cucumber strips, and add a small line of mayonnaise.
- Carefully roll the sushi using the mat to form a tight roll. Slice the roll into small pieces and serve.
