Teriyaki beef

Ingredients
- Small drizzle of olive oil
- 450g lean beef strips
- 1 cup finely sliced vegetables
- 2 cups rice

- LEE KUM KEE - TERIYAKI STIR-FRY SAUCE GF
Method
- Rinse 2 cups of rice and place in rice cooker with 2 cups of water, set to cook.
- Heat the oil in a medium fry pan or wok. Add the beef, after a quick stir add the delicious Lee Kum Kee Teriyaki Beef stir-fry sauce. Stir until beef is cooked through.
- Add the vegetables, stir to combine.
- Place a scoop of rice in the base of bowl, top with Teriyaki Beef and enjoy.
