Teriyaki beef

Ingredients
- Obento teriyaki marinade, 4 tbsp
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 250g of beef steak thinly sliced
- Veggies of your choice (brown onion, capsicum, carrots, beans etc)
- Rice to serve

Method
- Slice steak thinly and mix with 2 tbsp of teriyaki marinade, leave for 10 mins
- Chop your vegetables
- Wash and cook your rice
- Brown beef for few minutes and set aside, then put all the veggies in, cook stirring for few minutes on high heat
- Put beef back in, add 2 remaining tbsp of teriyaki marinate. Cook for a further minutes. Remove from the heat. Serve with rice, sprinkle with sesame seeds and scallions
