- Beef mince 500g
- 2tbs canola oil
- Garlic
- Mirin 3tbs
- Cooking sake 3tbs
- Soy sauce 3tbs
- Zucchini
- Carrot
- Onion
- Rice
- Sugar half tspn

Method
- Combine sauce ingredients Soy/mirin/cooking sake
- Heat oil on high in nonstick pan and sauté onion and garlic 2min
- Add shredded carrot and zucchini. 3min
- Ad mince and brown off
- Add sauce and reduce for 4min
- Add to rice and enjoy
