Ingredients
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves - minced1 brown onion - finely chopped
- 1 carrot - grated and peeled1 zucchini - grated
- 500g beef mince
- Teriyaki Sauce3 tbsp soy sauce3 tbsp mirin3 tbsp cooking sake1/2 tsp white sugar
- White riceSesame seedBok Choy
Method
- Heat oil in wok and add garlic / onion stir for 2 mins
- Add carrot and zucchini and cook for a further 3 mins
- Add beef and cook until light brown. Add teriyaki sauce and cook for 4 mins
- Serve teriyaki beef over rice, sprinkled with sesame seeds and add steamed bok choy as a side
