
Ingredients
- Beef mince, zucchini & carrots
- 1tbsp olive oil, 2 garlic cloves minced, brown onion chopped, 1 carrot/zuchinni grated
- 500g beef mince
- 45 ml of each - Light soy, mirin & cooking sake. 1/2 tsp sugar
Method
- Fry minced garlic & onion until translucent , add carrot & zucchini, cook 4 mins, add mince cook until brown. Then add sauce.
- Just mix all the sauces together and add to dish after mince browns. Cook for 4 mins until sauce thickens a little.
- Large pan on stove top, have shine rice cooking whilst all this is going on.
