Teriyaki beef bowls

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp canola oil
- 2 garlic cloves, finely minced
- 1 brown onion, finely chopped
- 1 carrot peeled and grated
- 1 zucchini grated
- 500g beef mince
- 3 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tbsp mirin
- 3 tbsp cooking sake
- 1/2 TSP white sugar
- Rice to serve

Method
- Mix sauces in small bowl
- Cook vegetables till water leeches out and mostly evaporates
- Cook beef until just turned from pink to light brown
- Add sauce and cook for 4 minutes
- Serve over rice
