Teriyaki beef bowls with garlic butter rice, green beans

Ingredients
- 500g beef mince
- 1 zucchini grated
- 1 carrot grated
- 3tbsp each mirin, cooking sake, soy sauce,
- 1 onion, 2 tspns garlic, 1/2 tsp sugar, oil

Method
- Cook garlic onion in oil until translucent. Add carrot zucchini cook 3 mins or until water leaches out of veg. Add beef mince and cook until beef is caramelised.
- In a bowl add all sauces and and sugar.Pour over meat mixture and stir 4-5 minutes until liquid has caramelised.
- Serve with rice of choice which I do garlic butter rice. Two tablespoons butter, two teaspoons garlic fry off. Add 2 cups washed basmati rice stir until coated. Add 3 cups of water, bring to the boil. Put lid on turn heat down low, cook 12 minutes absorption method. Rest, fluff and serve with garlic beans or vegetable of choice. Sesame seeds and sliced spring onions! Yummo
