Ingredients
- 2 Chicken Breasts
- 1 tbsp neutral oil
- 3 garlic cloves
- 1 small ginger
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/2 cup mirin
- Salt and pepper
- Cornstarch and water mixture
Method
- Finely chop the garlic and ginger.
- Pan fry the chicken breast with neutral oil until cooked all the way through with salt and pepper on both sides. Once cooked, remove from pan and slice into bite size pieces.
- In the same pan and remaining oil, sauté the minced garlic and ginger.
- Add the soy sauce, mirin, and sliced chicken. Cook for a minute then add the cornstarch and water mixture and cook until sauce thickens.
- Serve and enjoy.
