Teriyaki Chicken bowls

Ingredients
- 2 large Chicken Breast diced
- 2 eggs
- 1.5 cups of cooked rice
- 1 diced onion
- 1 clove garlic diced
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado sliced
- Olive oil
- Teriyaki sauce
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
- 1 Tablespoon butter

Method
- Scramble eggs in frypan with garlic, onion and butter. Add cooked rice, mix through and warm up. Remove from pan divide into bowls and Put to the side.
- In the same frying pan warm some olive oil and add your diced chicken.Allow to colour and cook through, add teriyaki sauce to the pan.
- Divide cooked chicken amongst your bowls of rice. Serve with cucumber and avocado slices, garnish with sesame seeds.
