Teriyaki Chicken on rice

Ingredients
- Teriyaki marinade sauce
- Salt
- 1kg Chicken Breast
- White rice
- Cooked frozen vegetablesPeas, corn and carrot
- White onion

Method
- Cut the chicken breast up into small pieces and salt the batch. Using the marinade sauce, tip the dose over the batch of chicken.
- Using your hands, mix the sauce into the chicken breast for it to all get a fair amount of flavour and sauce through it.
- Pop in into the fridge and let it marinate overnight.
- As you are waiting for the rice to cook in the rice cooker, start preparing the fry pan so we can cook the marinade chicken.On a medium heat setting we want to add olive oil to the pan and chopped onion. Let it simmer for approximately 5 minutes.
- Adding all the marinaded chicken onto the frying pan, after the onions have slightly browned.
- Let the chicken cook away appropriately 45 minutes on the frying pan on medium heat setting. (Always check and stir the pan so no sticking to the pan happens)
- Prepare rice onto dishes with cooked vegetables on top of the rice. Add the delicious marinaded chicken breast on top of the vegetables.Drizzle the marinade dressing over the top for extra flavour and goodness.
