Teriyaki Chicken Sushi Bowls

Ingredients
- 2 pre-crumbed chicken schnitzels
- 1 packet of microwave sticky rice
- 1 continental cucumber
- 1/2 of an avocado
- Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise
- Teriyaki sauce
- 1 tsp Black sesame seeds
- 1/2 tsp Garlic granules
- 1 tsp Sea salt
- 1/2 tsp Dried onion flakes

Method
- On a baking paper lined tray, cook the chicken schnitzels in the oven as per packet directions - or around 200 degrees celsius for 18 minutes, flipping once halfway.
- Whilst chicken is cooking, cut up 1 whole continental cucumber into small 1cm cubes and set aside.
- Once the chicken is cooked, slice into bite sized strips.
- Place the sticky rice into the microwave and follow packet instructions for cooking.
- Arrange the rice, chicken, cucumber and avocado evenly between two bowls.
- Drizzle Kewpie Japanese Mayonnaise and the teriyaki sauce on top - amount will vary upon personal taste.
- Sprinkle the black sesame seeds, garlic and onion on top and serve with chopsticks. Enjoy!
