Ingredients
- 3 cups Japanese rice
- 4 tbsp of Sushi seasoning
- 1 tbsp of sugar
- 1 pinch of salt
- 3 tbsp of mayonnaise
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 cucumber
- 1 preserved radish
- 2 pieces of chicken thighs slice
Method
- Marinade chicken with any teriyaki soy sauce, stir fried until all cooked and raised it wait for the rice is cooked.
- Wash and cut cucumber as a long small slice, remove the seed. Cut the radish in a long slice as well.
- Cooking rice with rice cooker once finished add sushi seasoning, some sugar, salt and mayonnaise then mix them once combine wait for the rice to cooler a bit then can put on the Sushi sheet and add your teriyaki chicken, avocado, cucumber and preserved radish and roll. Then cut into small pieces and serve.
