Ingredients
- 3 salmon fillets skin on
- 1/3 cup teriyaki sauce
- Cucumber quarters
- Carrot slices
- Avocado
- Kewpie mayo on top
- 2 cups Sushi rice
Method
- Place 2 cups of washed sushi rice in rice cooker
- Cube salmon fillets into small pieces and place into oiled pan until cooked.
- Put teriyaki sauce on salmon and allow to cook. While cutting up the vegetables
- Once rice and salmon is cooked arrange in bowl with rice at the bottom
