Ingredients
- 2 cups sushi rice
- 3 carrots
- 1 capsicum
- 1 cucumber
- 1 avocado
- 600g teriyaki tofu
- 1 pack seaweed sheets
Method
- Cook sushi rice and add sushi rice seasoning
- Cut vegetables into long thin pieces
- Spread rice evenly over seaweed sheet and lay vegetables horizontally in centre of rice
- Roll sushi sheet and vegetables with bamboo sushi mat
- Cut sushi roll to desired thickness
- For a more enjoyable experience add a dash of wasabi, soy sauce and pickled ginger
