- Rice
- Broccoli
- Chicken Thigh
- Light Soy Sauce
- Rice Wine Vinegar
- Mirin
- Sesame Oil
- Brown Sugar

Method
- Cook two cups of Rice in rice cooker.Dice four chicken thighs and fry in pan until cookedCut up and boil or steam one head of broccoli.
- Combine 1/4 of soy sauce woth 3 tables spoons if Rice wine vinegar 2 tablespoons of mirin, one tablespoon of sesame oil and 3 tablespoons of brown sugar and stir until combined
- Once chicken is cooked add broccoli and sauce to pan. Heating sauce and covering chicken and broccoli.Add rice to bowl followed by chicken, sauce and broccoli on top
