Teryaki Beef and Broccoli

Ingredients
- 500g beef sizzling steak, sliced
- 1tb corn starch
- 2tb neutral oil
- 1 small broccoli head, chopped
- 1 packet LEE KUM KEE Teryaki Beef sauce
- 2pkt microwave rice

Method
- Slice beef and coat with cornflour. Roughly chop broccoli.
- Heat oil in wok or large pan over medium heat. Cook beef in batches. Once all is cooked, return to pan.
- Add broccoli, sauce mix and a splash of water to meat. Mix well and allow to warm.
- Cook rice to packet directions.
- Portion into 4 bowls. Serve with a drizzle of Japanese Mayo and extra Teryaki sauce.
