Tessa’s tasty teriyaki beef

Ingredients
- 450g beef
- 1 T oil
- 2 carrots
- Brocollini
- Onion
- Shallots
- Chilli
- Garlic
- Lee Kum Kee teriyaki sauce
- Steamed rice

Method
- slice beef into thin strips and dice the vegetables
- In a wok, heat 1 tbsp of oil, add garlic
- Add beef and cook, adding in the teriyaki sauce
- Add the onion, carrot and brocollini and stir fry for a few minutes.
- Once sauce is combined and vegetables are cooked and crunchy, remove from pan and add to a bowl of steamed rice
- Garnish with shallots and chilli
