Thai chicken bites

Ingredients
- 500g Chicken mince
- 1/4 C oyster sauce
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 TBs SR flour
- 1 TBs fish sauce
- 1/2 C coriander leaves chopped
- 160mls coconut milk
- 1 tsp Valcom red curry paste

- VALCOM - CURRY PASTE RED
- LEE KUM KEE - OYSTER STIR-FRY SAUCE GF
- SQUID BRAND - FISH SAUCE
- ABC - ORIGINAL CHILLI SAUCE
Method
- Put all ingredients together in a large bowl and stir to combine
- Place spoonfuls of mixture on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Serve with sweet chilli sauce and garnish with coriander
