
Ingredients
- 300g sliced chicken thigh
- 230g Valcom Thai Laksa paste
- 300ml coconut milk
- 1.5 cup water
- Chopped chives for garnish
- 2 tbs oil
Method
- Add oil to frying pan and add Laksa paste, stir until fragrant
- Add sliced chicken thigh and cook through completely
- Add coconut milk and water and bring to boil
- Place into bowl and add chopped chives for garnish
