Thai chicken niblets

Ingredients
- Chicken thigh fillets
- Tapioca flour
- Rice wine vinegar
- Coconut milk
- Salad
- Honey

- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Marinate chicken in rice wine vinegar. Coat in tapioca flour and pan or air fry.
- Combine honey, coconut milk and a splash more rice wine vinegar.
- Pour sauce over chicken. Serve alongside salad.
