- Coconut oil. Kafir lime leaves. Chicken. Prawns. Thai red curry paste. Chilli. Veg. Coconut cream. Coconut sugar. Fish Sauce.

Method
- Ad oil. Add coconut cream. Add chicken. Cook through. Add sugar, leaves, fish sauce, leaves, veg. Cook. Add more coconut cream. Cook more. Add kafir lime leaves and chilli. Cook. Taste and adjust. Simmer as rice cooks. Serve.
