Thai green chicken curry

Ingredients
- 1/2 jar Green curry paste
- 500g Diced chicken breast
- 2 Potatoes diced
- 1 Carrot sliced
- 1 Head of broccoli
- 1 cup Frozen beans
- 2 can coconut milk

Method
- In a large pan over medium heat add curry paste. Cook for 2 minutes stirring.
- Add diced chicken and cook for 5 minutes.
- Add diced potato and carrot. Cook a further 5 minutes. Stirring occasionally.
- Add coconut milk and half a cup of water.
- Add broccoli, cook for 10 minutes.
- Add beans and cook for 5 minutes. Or until potatoes are cooked through.
- Optional. Serve with cooked rice.
