
Ingredients
- Ghee
- Half red onion
- 500g chicken thigh
- 1 small broccoli head cut up
- 1 can Valcom bamboo shoots
- 2/3 jar of Valcom green curry paste
- 1 can coconut cream
- 1/2 cup water
Method
- Add ghee and red onion for a couple minutes
- Add chicken and curry paste for 3 minutes stirring to combine
- Add coconut cream, water, broccoli and bamboo shoots - simmer for 15-20mins
