Thai Green Curry W/ Vinegar rice

Ingredients
- Thai Green chicken and vegetable curry, with Vinegar rice
- Rice wine vinegar, coconut oil, garlic, chilli, honey, coconut milk and other spices
- 200g Chicken and 2 cups of vegetables and bamboo shoots

Method
- Heat large wok, table spoon of coconut oil. Combine fresh minced garlic, chopped onion, Thai green curry paste and spices in wok. Add 200g chopped chicken Wait until golden Add 2 tbl spoons of rice wine vinegar 1 cup of coconut milk 1 cup of WalterSimmer Add 2 cups of vegetables, table spoon of honey and add enough water for your liking
