Thai green curry with fresh basil

Ingredients
- Chicken breast
- 1T oil
- Frozen broccoli
- Coconut cream
- Green curry paste
- Fish sauce splash
- 2t sugar

Method
- Put oil in medium sauce pan, brown chicken doesn’t matter if it’s not cooked all the way through. Use Medium heat. I used 2 average sized chicken breasts.
- Add 2-ish teaspoons of green curry paste stir with chicken while on the heat. Can add more curry if wanted as well as some chili for some extra heat, (just chuck in what you like)
- Chuck in the coconut cream I used about half the tin. Add frozen brocolli as much as you like I did about 6-8 florets.
- Turn heat down and let it simmer while you stuff around with other things go past and stir it as you remember. I cooked this for about 1/2 hour while got kids through bath, and had rice in rice cooker.
- Plate up with rice and tear fresh basil leaves over the top of it.
