Thai Green duck curry

Ingredients
- garlic. green chillis, garlic, galangal, coriander roots
- 2 tbsp peanut oil
- 300 grams duck breastfeeding, duck blood jelly
- thai basil, thai eggplant, fresh red birdeye chillis
- coconut milk
- bamboo shoots

- ABC - SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- cooked those curry paste in vegetable oil cook for 3-5 mins or until you can smell thr aroma from the curry paste
- add duck breast, Thai eggplant, cook until duck meat lightly brown.
- add coconut oil, Squid brand Fish sauce, caster sugar to taste, add bamboo shoot add duck blood jelly and add 1 cup of water
- bring everything to boil ensure everything cooked.
- ready to serve with steam rice or kanomjean (Thai style rice vermicelli)
