Method
- Brown garlic onion , French onion then add lamb bones and meat add salt pepper + vegetable salt & star anise until all brown
- Add the valcom authentic Thai massam curry paste
- Then add coconut milk , add cut up sweet potatoes, white potatoes & carrots
- Boil jasmine rice on the side
