Thai prawn yellow curry

Ingredients
- 15 green uncooked prawns
- 3 dessert spoons valcom yellow curry paste
- 1 green capsicum diced
- Teaspoon fish sauce
- 1 can light coconut cream
- 250g Basmati rice
- Teaspoon fish oil
- I teaspoon brown sugar

Method
- - Slice capsicum -Heat pan, spray with olive oil
- - add curry paste, coconut cream and fish sauce, mix until combined..
- - add sugar, prawns and capsicum. Simmer until prawns are cooked though and serve with basmati rice
