Thai stir-fried cashew chicken

Ingredients
- Corn baby.
- Cashews half a cup
- Chicken 600g
- Capsicum
- Onion
- Shallots

- LEE KUM KEE - PREMIUM SOY SAUCE
Method
- Make the sauce. Add soy sauce, dark soy, oyster sauce, corn starch, a table spoon of sugar. A few pinch of corn starch
- Add diced onion and garlic into wok with half a cup of cashews. Allow to brown.
- Add diced chicken to the wok. Allow to brown.
- Add round beans and capsicum to the wok.
- After they soften add spring onion and sauce.
