Ingredients
- Onion, garlic, mushrooms, cabbage, snap peas, capsicum, kimchi
- Olive oil
- Tofu

- ABC - MEDIUM SWEET SOY SAUCE
Method
- Sauté one garlic clove, with half a sliced red onion until caramelised. Next add mushrooms and tofu, until browned. Next add capsicum and cabbage until cooked. Add other ingredients.
- After Hokkien noodles have been boiled, drain and add soy sauce, chilli flakes, onion salt, sesame oil.
- Combine noodles in with your cooked ingredients, and it’s ready to serve.
