The Mongolian Maverick Fires Steak with Macadamia Crunch

Ingredients
- Broccoli and beans
- Macadamias
- Sirloin minute steaks
- Brown rice

Method
- 1st cut steak into cubes then make them go brown
- Mix in oyster and soy sauce with a bit of pepper and salt - chilli flakes if desire
- 1 teapsooon of oil to pan
- Mix in sauce with meat
- Then add vegetable - we used broccoli and green beans
- For added crunch add your favourite nut - we added macadamia
