Theme: One Bowl Wonder
The Obento Ocean Bowl

Ingredients
- 250g salmon fillets
- 4 tbsp obento teriyaki merinade
- 1 tsp table salt
- 1 tsp ground black pepper
- 3 tsp minced garlic
- 2 tsp grated ginger
- 1 tbsp sliced spring onion
- 1 tbsp soy sauce

Method
- To prepare the salmon fillets, thaw if using frozen and pat dry.
- To prepare the marinade, mix the rest of the ingredients. Massage the marinade into the fillets. Let rest for at least 20 minutes.
- Place in air fryer skin side up on a piece of parchment/baking paper. Pour rest of sauce over salmon. Air fry for 8-10 minutes. Enjoy hot with any variety of sides such as rice, cucumbers, salad, or build into a poke bowl!
