Tiger prawn Bao Bunwith vegetable Mirin Slaw

Ingredients
- 6 Bao buns
- 100g tiger praen peeled divained
- 100g carrot thinly sliced
- 50g cucimber thinly slicef
- 20g shallot fine dive
- 50ml ObentoMirin seasoning
- 4 basil leafs
- Salt& groind black pepper
- 6 lemon segments
- 10g rice flour

Method
- Place chpped prawms in a bowl. Add diced shallots and diced carrot salt and pepper then rice flour. Shape into 6 small balls press into paztiesFry on hot grspeseed oil intil lihht btown. Sez to one side
- Heat Bao Buns in a steamer or mivrowave for 1min.Mix the fresh items with Obento Mirin seasoning and salt & pepper
- To serve place lemon segment in each Bao Bin place one Praen pattie in each bun dress with vegetable Slaw dust with black pepper and enjoy.
