Tofu noodle stirfry

Ingredients
- Egg noodles 4 servings
- 1 onion
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Carrot
- 4 servings tofu firm
- Lee kum kee shanghai sauce

Method
- Oil your pan and fry cubes of tofu until golden brown.
- Set tofu aside. Add onion, zucchini and carrot pieces to the pan and soften.
- Boil egg noodles for 3 minutes until soft. Then rinse under cold water.
- Add lee kum kee sauce to the vegetables and gently stir in the tofu and noodles
