Tofu Stir Fry

Ingredients
- 300g firm Tofu
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
- 2 tbsp neutral oil
- 1 tbsp Maple syrup
- 1 tbsp Seasame Oil
- 1-3 Pak Choy
- 1 broccoli
- 1 capsicum
- 1 bag of green beans
- 4 tbsp of water

- OBENTO - RICE WINE VINEGAR
Method
- Mix all sauce ingredients with tofu chopped into 1cm cubes.
- Heat oil of wok and throw in tofu, cook till brown (3-5 Min).Set aside sauce.
- Throw in sliced pak choy, cook for 2-3 mins.followed by Broccoli and capsicum cooking for 2-3 mins.finish with green beans and water, cook till water is almost gone.Throw in remaining sauce.
- Serve hot with rice or noodles.
